Dropped where you want it and picked up when you're done, anywhere in the service area.
Dump-and-return when it fills
Fill it before the rental is up? We haul it, dump it, and bring it back for $100 plus dump fees.
30-yard roll-off pricing
Flat-rate pricing includes delivery, pickup, and the stated disposal allowance. Extra weight is charged by the ton.
What's included, and what isn't
No buried line items. Here is exactly what the flat rate covers and what gets billed separately.
In the flat rate
The 30-yard roll-off container, delivery to your site, pickup when you're done, and the stated disposal allowance of 2 tons on the weekend and weekly rates.
Billed separately
Weight over the allowance at $100 per ton, extra rental days at $50 per day when available, and dump-and-return at $100 plus dump fees. Nothing beyond that.
Best use cases for a 30-yard roll-off
If the job makes more debris than a driveway trailer can take, this is the container.
Roofing tear-offs
Full shingle tear-offs on residential and small commercial roofs. Shingles are heavy, so watch the weight allowance.
Whole-home renovations
Gut-outs and multi-room remodels that run for days rather than an afternoon.
Construction debris
Framing offcuts, drywall scrap, packaging, and general build waste from active job sites.
Demolition debris
Debris from shed removals, interior tear-outs, and outbuilding work.
What you can load in the roll-off
This covers what you may load into a rented container for your own project. Not sure about your material? Call before loading — some items need special handling, separate disposal, or quote-based pricing.

We deliver
We set the roll-off where you want it — driveway, job site, or staging area. Leave clear, straight access for the truck and about 60 feet of room to drop it.
We haul it
Load it to the fill line, call when you're done, and we pick it up. If it fills before the rental is up, we'll dump it and bring it back.
